I am 8 months pregnant with severe back pain. My doc has put me on bed rest because of my edema and it feels as though the longer I sit or lay the worse my back hurts. What can I do? I feel as though I am in a no win situation.
I am about 6 weeks now. And I am having horrible back pain. I know I can take acetominophen, but is there anything else you have done that helps with the back pain?
Hi there, its pretty weird coz i wasbleeding(very light) last week for 3 hours and stop , from time to time my breast is swollen and my legs were cramp and i have a light back pain and belly pain. Likewise, i notice that im sexually active.

I’m about 5 weeks pregnant and my lower back started to really hurt about a week or so ago. I didn’t know this symptom came this early but i guess it does. Did anyone else feel lower back pain really early or is it just me?
I’m 23wks pregnant and I am starting to have really bad back pain. It is getting really uncomfortable to lie down on my sides because lying on either one gives me discomfort on my lower back.
Since I can’t lie down on my back I don’t know how else to lie down. Sitting down is just as uncomfortable.
Does anybody know of ways to alleviate back pain or any exercises I can do to get rid of these pains?

This is my first pregnancy and i get back pain. I go to school and i work as well and at the end of the day my back is killing me. Does anyone know what i can do to ease the pain?
I’m only 7 weeks, I am overweight and it could be a contributing factor to my back pain, but I didn’t start having back pain until this week. Is it too early for me to be having back pain in my pregnancy? Only experienced and mature answers please.
I am 27 weeks pregnant… I know that the weight of the baby is causing most of my problems but is there something I can do to ease off some of the pain besides Tylenol? I am having pain in my lower back. When I stand, or roll over (if I had been lying down) my lower back pops. Any suggestions?
I am 31 weeks into my 40 week pregnancy (over 7 months) and work in an office setting where I sit all day. I make sure to get up every 90 minutes or so to stretch and walk around, but I am getting tremendous back pain the longer I sit, at the lower of my back. I think the baby has dropped (turned over so it’s head is at the bottom)…
Is there pain reliever, special chair cushions, or anything else that is safe for me to relieve the pain?

When does the actual neck and back pain usually occur? I’m almost a month pregnant and I woke up this morning experiencing the worst back of my neck and back pain! I’m experiencing stiffness and sharp pains everytime I bend my head neck or back forward, even when I’m sitting down. Has any woman experienced this kind of back pain? When does back and neck pain usually start during pregnancy?
