I have FOUR dislocated discs in L3, L4, L5, and S1. If I were to get surgery for that, how long will it take before I’m able to stand, walk, or sit?

Does Anyone Know Any Good Posture And Back Exercises To Stand Straight For Ballet?

I take ballet class four times a week plus modern. My teachers says that I am stuck in my hips and that i need to pull up more. I think i’m arching my back. Does anyone know of helpful sites and or exercises? Thanks!! :)
