a friend had an anterior/posterior lumbar fusion about a 1.6 yrs ago. she is still having complications and pain with her back and right leg. shes pregnant and doesn’t know if it’s good or bad?
sooo yeah what are some ab exercises that wont hurt my back or neck? when ever i do crunches or sit-ups they both hurt my back or neck so i hate doing them but i wanna tone my abs
so what other ab exercises can i do? i dont wanna use any special equipment…just tell me how to do them please
I had a laminectomy & discectomy 17 days apart, now I’ve got to have a bi-level fusion, all within 6 mos., I’ve had more pain since surgery, than b 4 surgery. Then I just recently found out that the pain mgmt doc that my surgeon sent me to, that performed several epidural injections, myelogram and a disco gram, isn’t even board certified to do that work, all he is , is a rehab therapist. A recent MRI, showed a re-herniation at the same level operated on twice, and they say my back is in worse shape now, than b 4 surgery. Serious answers only please.
I have a permanent coccyx (butt bone) injury that makes it impossible to do ab exercises that involve laying on the floor on my back, like crunches and sit-ups. The positions of these exercises put pressure on the injured area that makes it painful when coming up into the crunch. Since this isn’t an injury that is going to go away, I need to find some alternative ab exercises that are performed standing up, laying on my side, etc.
Let’s say, that the boob deduction was poorly done by a bad doctor who left you w/asymmetrical breasts. If you get another surgery to correct the unevenness, could that be a tax deduction?

I have had chronic back pain due to a muscle imbalance for about a year and a half. Pilates and Core Stability exercises have worked best for me. However, whilst it gives abs of steel, my back muscles still seem very weak and do virtually nothing. I really need to strengthen my back… Are there any exercises that work the back more and not the abs so much?
7 years ago, I slammed my finger in the family Jeep. The whole nail came off and everyone was saying that it would grow back, but it never did. Is there a surgery that can make it grow back?

I had back surgery two weeks ago and now notice a pinching feeling in my legs when I stand straight. I am curious if that is a side effect of the surgery and the healing process or if the surgery has caused a new leg pain like a pinched nerve. Does anyone know if leg pinching or weird sensation is part of surgery and will go away, thanks.
