Last night, I went for a mile jog. About a half an hour after coming back home, I felt some pain in my lower left back. I put ice on it and took some Ibuprofen, but I woke up this morning and it hurt even more. I took more Ibuprofen, but nothing seems to be relieving the pain. I have an appointment with my chiropractor already set up for next week. Are there any other ways I can relieve the pain until then?
I have to stand all day long at work. As a result, my lower back aches. What kind of exercises are good for relieving the lower back? Does standing all day at work get easier?
At night I usually wake up due to an intense burning in the middle of my back that involves my muscles in my back as well. I wake up a few times at night and I have to turn over to stop the pain but it hurts so bad that I can hardly move. The pain is only on the right side. I have a bed that’s only 5 years old and the pain started about two weeks ago.
Two weeks ago I got in a bad car accident and broke my L2 vertebrate, how long will it most likely be until I can walk normally without my brace. I am targeting the start of May because that is when my summer job is set to start.

My nephew is about 6ft 2in with a congenital narrowing of his lower spine. He also has two herniated disks pressing on the spine. He is most often in excruciating pain. Any help will be appreciated.
I’m trying to explain this the best that I can. I have a constant lower back pain, that sometimes gets pretty uncomfortable. I have also had a type of heaviness up inside me. Way up inside, not like inside the genitals. I had a yearly pap done 8 months ago. Everything showed up normal as usual.
Other important things you should know, is I have been married for 5 years. Never cheat. And you would think if I did some how get something it would of showed up then at my last doctor’s visit.
It just worries me to hear that you can have hpv dormated for years and not know it, and get cancer. In your opinions what can be causing this discomforte? I would appreciate your advice. Especially any medical workers who have heard of what these symtoms are. Thanks….
I have been losing weight even though I don’t know if this could be causing the pain, or have something to do with it. My thighs have smoothed out. Whenever I walk, sit, stand up, etc. I have horrible pain in the back of my thighs, and even my knee. It’s very painful even to attempt to bend my knee, and keep my leg straight. I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary. It feels like I pulled a bunch of muscles.
What could be causing this?
My horse has been very sore-backed lately, and I’m pretty sure it’s because of my saddle. I am getting ready to buy a new one, but I also want to buy a saddle pad that can help prevent back pain. What is the best kind (gel, sheepskin, foam, etc.) and what is the best brand? Thanks!
