Can I have info for hip pain?

Hello! We have found another back pain question for you to ponder.

Well I participated in a race involving sprinting. Right after the race I felt pain on my right side on the front right along the bone. I limp slightly and usually I stretch it out and it feels better a little but after the races it gets worse. Ive had a hernia before but it really doesn’t feel like it. So what can I do? Please help!

  1. Douglas B Says:

You can have tight back muscles in your lower back for when they are tight they often press onto the nerves going to your hips which causes pains in them. To get rid of the pain you have to free up your back muscles and here’s how to do that:
    Back:
(do while sitting on a chair)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
