Can I Take Dance Lessons After Back Surgery?
i really want to get back to doing hip hop and jazz lessons but i don’t know if i can since i had a spinal fusion June 30th but i love to dance.help?

Don’t Panic…You will be able to get into dance…whether its sooner, or later…but to be honest…all Yahoo’s answerers, are just people…
Your heeling depends on your age, and the size, and strenght of your bones… Nobody can give you a better answer then the doctor himself/herself….Give the doctor a ring oneday, or email them…and just let them know that your a big dancer, and tell them how your backs feeling….They will judge on their “Professinal” opinion……Because people on the internet don’t know how old you are….and the size of your bones…and your conditions…. DONT TAKE PEOPLES ADVISE, OVER PROFESSINAL OPIONONS!!!!!! thanks….Hope you get back into dancing

Still you should wait a while longer. If you go back so soon, something bad can happen and you won’t be able to dance at all. be patient. and besides you need to check with your doctor, and not us. We might tell you go ahead and the dctor says no. Go to the Doc, and listen to his advise.
