Can’t Have Solids For Two Weeks Due To Surgery, How Can I Keep The Weight Off Once I Start Back On Solids?
I had mouth surgery yesterday and so I cannot have solids for two weeks, just soft foods and soups. My doctor says due to this his patients loose weight, so I was wondering how can I keep the weight off once I can start eating solids again? I don’t want to end up gaining all the weight back plus more.

well after the two weeks, your stomach will shrink abit, so you won’t eat as much as you’d want to. the aim is to make sure you don’t over eat and stretch your stomach out, by having small portions, and drinking alot of water during the meals in order to slow your eating down so that you know when you feel full.
hope your mouth feels better. x
