		<description>well after the two weeks, your stomach will shrink abit, so you won&#039;t eat as much as you&#039;d want to. the aim is to make sure you don&#039;t over eat and stretch your stomach out, by having small portions, and drinking alot of water during the meals in order to slow your eating down so that you know when you feel full.
