Do You Know Any Good Exercises To Tone My Stomach And Back?

I’m looking for some exercises that I can do at home, to help me tone my belly and my back. Can anybody help?

    Look up core exercises online. They are designed to tone your core (which includes your back), not just your abs. There are various exercises you can do.
    Also there are some good core workouts on DVD if you are interested in purchasing a DVD workout (P90X Core Synergistics, for example) or look up core workouts on youtube for a free video workout.

    First of all, tone is not a word. You are looking to lose fat off this area and build muscle, this will give you a more ‘toned’ look.
    Think about core exercises, lifting free weights, big compound exercises like squats and dead lifts. These all work your core more than any other exercise could and will burn off fat and create muscle around your middle area. Good luck!!
