I don't know any sites, but an exercise that i do really helps the arch in your back. lay on the floor or stand against a wall and try to feel your entire back on the floor, and your legs and feet as well. and during class, try to imagine a string attached to your head pulling you towards the ceiling. hope this helps!

do exactly what she just said to do.... but if you really want to see results. do your exercises while lying on the floor. plies, tendues, battements. just pretend you're standing up. that way you really get a feel for where your body should be while moving. do it everyday until you have a good muscle memory of the positions and you can do it without the floor...
also another thing that helps me is to think of your hips like a bowl. and if you're arching your back while standing up, it's because you're tipping your "bowl" forward. and you don't want anything in your bowl to spill out, so push your hips slightly forward/up to correct this

here's a simple exercise, but it'll help loads: lie on the floor, try to feel all of your back, your legs and arms too but especially your back, on the floor. after you get used to this position, try to do your moves while lying on the floor like that, just pretend you're standing up. and when you're at ballet practice, imagine there's a stick glued to your back, and try to feel all of your back touching your imaginary stick like you did with floor. another helpful thing is imagining your head being pulled upwards with a string. hopefully these will help you loads! =))
