Female health help please?

Howdy! Here is a great back pain question for your perusal.

Hi everyone..
I was wondering if you would be able to me as I’m unsure what it could be that is wrong with me, basically I have a few symptoms that I’m a little worried about but not sure what it could be so if anyone has any suggestions it would be great (cant get to the doctors as we are snowed in!).
My symptoms are;
I constantly feel ‘wet’ (tmi I know sorry!) and its like a white (sometimes clear) sticky discharge,
I have really bad pains which feel like they are in my ovaries; they come and go,
I keep getting headaches,
My boobs feel tender and itchy but heavy as well and my nipples are ultra sensitive and also itchy,
I get lower back aches which also come ago like the cramps,
I’m always tired; I can sleep for hours wake up for 30mins and be really tired again,
I went through a stage of feeling constantly sick but that’s now passed,
I get really bad acid reflux; it comes on now and again,
My skin feels really itchy as well; this has only just started to come on,
My eczema is really playing up as well,
I haven’t been feeling as hungary and have lost around a stone; but that’s obviously where I’m not eating as much (not that I can moan lol).

Any ideas on what this could be?
I have POCS so have irregular periods and haven’t had one in about 3 months, so I’m not sure if this could just be my body telling me I need a period or what?!
Thanks again in advance.
Add; I don’t think it could be pregnancy because I did a test a while back and it came out negative, I do have unprotected sex with my fiancee (because the doctors told me I couldn’t conceive naturally).
Another Add; Sorry about another add just forgot to say, I also feel very dizzy; this happens at any time during the day (I have it now and at the moment I’m just sitting down!). Thanks so far for all your answers.

We really hope that this back pain question and answers will improve your knowledge on this subject.

Hope you found what you need! Come back often!

    Ah, PCOS. Gotta love it.
    As a fellow PCOS sufferer, I believe you may have a cyst on your ovaries that is giving you problems assuming you are not pregnant (because the doctor tells you that you cannot conceive naturally because of PCOS is not necessarily true).
    With the discharge, lower back pain, tiredness and achy boobs, I would think you may start your period soon (again, assuming you are not pregnant). Have you spoken with your doctor about medication? Currently I am on Yasmin birth control which regulates periods and provides much needed hormones to us PCOS sufferers. He/She may also prescribe Metformin.

    FIRST, check blood test for pregnancy and check all possible symptoms for ectopic pregnancy and normal pregnancy – see link PREGNANCY;
    SECOND, birth control pills can regulate your cycle and correct hormonal “storm” – see sections HORMONAL DYSFUNCTIONS and CONTRACEPTION

    diabetes. Avoid sugar and high amounts of carbohydrates.
    get an a1c diabetes test, it gives your average blood sugar for the last few months.
    eat smaller meals more often.

    Is there any possibility that you are pregnant? Some of the symptoms you describe can be associated with early pregnancy.

    i had every one of those symptoms when I was pregnant. You should test again. I know plenty of women who were never suppose to conceive naturally and did including a couple with pocs (my best friend had cervical and uterine cancer, she only has 1/2 a uterus, was told she’d never get pregnant, she now has 3 and just got her tubes tied). If you’re not pregnant or even if you are, get to a dr, your body is obviously telling you some thing’s not right.

    Reading through what you wrote, especially at the beginning, I had a clear answer of what was going on, but going further I got another idea also. I used to have irregular periods for many years and sometimes I would go through months by having pains and basically similar signs to when you expect your period to come. I wouldn’t say it’s something serious that you need to go to the doctor now, but as soon as the doctor will be accessible again, you should visit. It’s probably that your body needs to get your period,but your period is not coming. Other than that, because some times doctors do make mistakes with when a woman can get pregnant or not, because our bodies change constantly, and many people have been told that they can’t conceive naturally and then…guess what??…they did!!! If i were you, I would try the closest drugstore or pharmacy and grab a pregnancy test -again- to be sure cos many of your signs are very related.
    I wish you every luck!
