Has Anyone Had Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Come Back After Release Surgery?

I’m told I have it in both hands. I work construction. How long until I have full strength back in both wrists after surgery? Is there anything else that works? Please help if you can.

    It will come back if you dont let it heal properly. 4 to 6 weeks is the minimum time to heal , dont use your hand for at least 1 to 2 weeks after surgery. I had my right hand done in march 2007 and it still bothers me at times. Let it heal or you will have to get it done again.Good luck!

    Sometimes treating the neck can help. There may be a double crush syndrome. Try a neck traction collar.
