How Can A Person Get Rid Of Back Pains Without Seeing A Doctor Or Taking Pain Pills?
I have a bad back from three different injuries and going to the doctor no longer helps (it just makes things worse for me), and thaking pain pills doesn’t always seem to help. What can I do?

You should check with somone about the height of the shoe you wear….i cant remember but there is something about a one inch heal on both mens and womens shoes/boots that is good for your back and flats and high heals are not…..if i remember correctly it has to do with releaving pressure on the lower back

rest, rest and more rest.
lay on the bed — an electric blanket
that moves/shakes muscles etc. it sells for “car seats” –easily adaptable on the bed. try it. good luck.

I have 2 herniated disks but most of my pain comes from muscle spasms and I have found a long hot bath for 2 or 3 evenings in a row really seems to help

Go to an Asian Market, they have stuff like “Tiger Balm” and it comes in liquid or paste.
I am half Asian, and I do not like taking pills, unless I have no other choice. There are some stores that specialize in Chinese Herbs and Medicine.
Try acupuncture, if you already haven’t. It helped with my migraines and lower back pains when they were severe.

1. Drink plenty of water. (your body needs extra water to repair any damage)
2. Therma-care heat wraps are wonderful if you have a strained muscle.
3. Also add joint supplements to your daily routine (they are very inexpensive at Wal mart)
4. Extra calcium will aid in repairing the injury
5. When you can tolerate it, back stretches for your back muscles a few times a day (build very gradually).

Usually it goes away by itself, but see a spine surgeon if it does not
