How Do I Handle Post Surgery Chronic Back Pain?

i am 7 mos out of back surgery for rupture at L4 L5…the pain im having is a result of lots of scar tissue wrapping around the nerve root as well as other places in the leg that was most affected. Is there anything i can do to get rid of scar tissue or at least significantly lessen its effects on me?

    This definitely sounds like something you should ask your doctor. You don’t want to make it worse if you get bad information on here.

    I had the same thing, eight times. I had to have surgery due to scar tissue.
    You’ll have to talk to your doctor about this. Some people are more susceptible then others about this.
