I Had Surgery On My Back Can I Still Join The National Guards?

I was told that since I had surgery on my back when I was in sixth grade I wasn’t allowed to join the national guard, army, etcetera. The people who told me that aren’t even in the national guard or army. So I want to know can I join or not?

    Maybe, if you qualify.
    Perhaps you should go see a recruiter.

    You’ll need to pass a physical exam so as long as your past medical history doesn’t keep you from passing I guess you would be fine and qualify
