I Have Had Three Back Surgeries Yet Still Suffer From Chronic Pain. Does Anyone Have Home Remedies That Work?
I have had three disks removed and still suffer pain in my lower back that “shoots” down both legs. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has home remedies that they have tried that work. Thanks.
