I Wanted To Know How I Can Keep My Back Healthy. What Foods Should I Eat, And What Exercises Should I Do?

I am only a teen, but I want to keep my back healthy for life. I want to know what foods to eat, what exercises to do, what vitamins I need, and any other information that can be helpful. Thank you.

    nothing special in diet… stretching it works best
    here is a vid of me doing some contortion… stretching it alot, its auctually very good for you if you work up to it gradually…
    you dont even have to stretch it that much to keep it really healthy, just doing an arch every day for like 10 sec can improve it,
