		<description>just make sure you always stretch before any exercise and depending on how long you have been doing this it&#039;s probably just muscles you have never worked out before so the soreness is just you working out muscles that have never been worked out.</description>

Tight shoulders can be relieved by putting Deep Heat on the shoulder muscles before bed time.Tightness on only one side could indicate a subluxated neck (dislocated) at the cervical atlas.Lifting heavy weight on one side can do this,eg,one armed dumbell extensions.Strengthening the weaker side of the neck will help keep in place if their is a problem.</description>
