My neck is extremely sore, it hurts to swallow and my urine is yellow-brown..what’s wrong with me?

Hello! Today when I was surfing the web, I ran across this back pain question. Check it out!

these symptoms have been going on for a few days now and haven’t seemed to let up at all. At night I have been waking up drenched in sweat, which is abnormal for me. I’m not sure if the colored urine is from ibuprofen or not

That was just the back pain question I was looking for. Great answers, too. With any luck, it was the one you were searching for, as well.

Have an awesome day!

Your neck pain is caused by the tight muscles in your neck for they tighten up everything inside your throat as well. When your throat muscles are tight they cause the lump you feel, the tight muscles that can’t move as they should, and that is causing the pain when you swallow. Because the tight muscles are restricting what else is going in and out of your head they are the cause for the sweats as the wastes can’t be moved out of your head as fast as they should so they end up coming out in the sweats. To get rid of these problems you have to free up the muscles in your neck and here’s how to do that:
    Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Dark urine is a sign of serious infection or kidney failure. The sore neck might indicate that the infection is meningitis. See a doctor immediately.
