Right hip socket hurting?

Greetings! Here is a back pain question I found when I was looking at Yahoo.
13 year old dancer, right hip socket hurting (as if she twisted it) when she puts any weight on it or just twists it slightly to turn around. No memory of getting hurt or twisting her leg, but she may have just forgotten. Walking up and down the stairs and even just walking in general has become a pain inducing job. Any ideas?

You can have tight muscles in your back causing that pain for when tight those muscles can press into the nerves going to your hips to cause pains in them. To get rid of the pain you have to free up your back muscles and here’s how to do that:
Back:
(do while sitting on a chair)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
