Shoulder injury lingering?

Greetings! Well, here is a back pain question that will help answer a common query. Good luck!
I separated my left shoulder a little over a year ago (October 2009). Turned out to be a grade 2 separation due to me falling straight on to it in the front when a soccer player tripped me. My doc put me in a sling than 3wks later my orthopedic doctor took me out of the sling saying i was mis diagnosed but now i am having problems with the shoulder. I cant constantly lift my shoulder in the air to put dishes away, when im typing it gives me this pain right behind the shoulder blade, and a few nights ago when i was laying on the shoulder to go to sleep it had this big pop on my shoulder and i had this mild pain after it popped and it lasted for a few min. Right now there is this constant uncomfortable pain behind the shoulder blade. So with this info what are you thinking is the problem and what i should do about it.
also when i rotate it in a circle i can feel and hear my shoulder or rotator cuff grinding and small pops
That was an interesting back pain question. Hopefully it has improved your knowledge on the subject.
Have a wonderful day!

Sounds like tight muscles in your back from the fall causing the problems. The tightened up muscles will give you pain and make it hard to do the simple tasks. To get rid of the pain you have to free up the muscles in your back and here’s how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
