Some Exercises To Get Rid Of My Stomach And Back Fat?
Right now I’m focusing on having a flat stomach and getting rid of my back fat. What are the best exercises to do this?
I’m not looking for dieting tips, just specific exercises I can do.

there is no such thing as “spot” weightloss. another words, you can’t say i want to lose weight in my stomach and expect to lose it with just doing ab exercises. your abdomen is the FIRST place you gain weight on your body, so it is the LAST place you lose weight. you must do a mixture of cardio exercises i.e. treadmill, bike with weight training. the more muscle you gain= more fat burn. crunches, “the bicycle”, and many more ab workouts WILL work if you do cardio with them. just look online for the top ab workouts. if it’s burning, it’s working!

sit-ups, crunches, back extensions, knees to elbows (hang from a pull-up bar and bring your knees to your elbows), lye on a bench and grab behind your head so that your hands are by your ears and elbows stick up next to your head then pull your knees to your elbows but lift also your whole lower part of your body with you, flutter kicks, air squats, over hand pull-ups, and many others.

I had the same problem i jogged and walked 40mins 3 to 4 times a week. within 3 or weeks you can tell a big difference . my back fat was coming off like quick

I’m sure there are many different exercises to do, but if you just do cardio a few times a week it works everything and you should see a loss in your back fat. Good luck!

You cant target areas to burn fat.. you can only target areas to build muscle. So doing anything that burns fat will help reduce it.

Running is the answer to everything. If you run regularly and eat healthy you will get a completely flat stomach and loose your back fat.

crunches for the stomach, and cardio for the back fat. the only way to lose fat is by cardio and dieting.
