You have pinched a muscle to give you that pain. Common thing to happen when bending and/or twisting your upper body. To get rid of the pain you have to free up your back muscles and here’s how to do that:
Back:
(do while sitting on a chair)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

It could be a pinched nerve or bruised muscle. Try putting ice on it. 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off until the pain subsides. It is an uncomfortable method but it works. Another thing is finding your stress point. People carry stress in different parts of their body. Do you carry yours in your back? Could something in your life be stressing you out? Holidays? That is another possibility. Some people carry stress in their stomach or in the form of headaches for example. Whatever you do, don’t put heat on it. Trust me on this one.

I get something like what your describing, i’m 16 and it will generally go away if you sit down/lay down with pillows for support.
if im wrong and it’s not the same thing call a friend or someone to help you and maybe get you to a doctor if nessasary.
i have no idea what it is but i hope the answers myself and others are giving you will help.
sorry for your pain – good luck

Stop what your are doing. Go lay down and get a ice pack,no heat. Ice the area every 20 minutes. Decide if your pain is so severe that you need to go to the emergency room. If not, can you get in to see your doctor. You might need to take a motrin like drug. And you need someone to take you to the hospital. Good Luck….Nursing Degree

I had the same happen to me and I am in my 20s. It could be a muscle spasm or a nerve if you haven’t had any back injuries. Make sure to get it checked out so it does not get worst.
