Weird rash? pulsating pain?

Howdy! Here is a good back pain question. Please feel free to add your comments to the mix!
So I did some push ups about 5 days ago, never really exercise and I think I didn’t stretch properly before. I started feeling a pulsating pain in right arm, not constant comes and goes. It was sometimes around the triceps, chest and under the armpits. The right chest pain feels a little bit like hurt burn (never had heart burn that frequent) .
At first I thought it was just my muscles were sore from exercising. But its been nearly a week and I still have the pulsating pain sometimes.
Today I woke up and I have a weird rash around my right armpit ( literally forming a sort of circle around , so not directly on it) . And I thought it might be my deodorant, but there’s nothing on the left side and I’ve been wearing the same one for 1 month and haven’t had a rash.
It’s been almost a week, and as a skeptic I’ve been attributing all the pains to different things. But the rash seems to be getting worse! And the pulsating pain is still comes at times!
Am I just paranoid or might they be related? Did I strain something? Most importantly : Any home remedies?
Never mind, I’m pretty sure it’s shingles.
Just for those with similar symptoms:
The rash spread and it went from just red to blisters in a few hours. Now it’s spreading to my underarm, chest and back kind of forming a line (took around 3 days to look different from a rash) . The pulsating pain has increased and I can’t move my arm without it hurting. The rash hurts a lot! So get your pain meds ready.
Very interesting. Sometimes questions can be helpful, and sometimes they create even more questions. This one created more.
Have an awesome day!

You probably pinched a muscle in your back to cause most of the problems. Pinched muscles in the back often send pains around the body on the nerves to end up as pains in your sides or front. Pinched muscles can press onto the nerves going to your arms to cause pains to be felt in your arms. I don’t know what to attribute the rash to, if the tight muscles would do something like that or not. To get rid of the pains you have to free up your back muscles and here’s how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
