What Are Some Alternatives To Lower Back Surgery. Patient Is A Physically Fit 20 Year Old Male.?

My nephew is about 6ft 2in with a congenital narrowing of his lower spine. He also has two herniated disks pressing on the spine. He is most often in excruciating pain. Any help will be appreciated.

    What has his family Chiropractor recommended?

    It sounds as if surgery is his only solution. Narrow spinal canals and herniated discs leave little room for the discs to retract. Surgery with laminectomies at the affected levels should relieve his pain.
