What Are Some Good Exercises For A Full Back Workout?

Well over the summer i have been working out but i realized that i haven’t been training my back. What are some exercises i can do to build muscle for my back especially for my upper back.

    bent-over dumbbell rows
    bent-over barbell rows
    lat pulldowns
    cable rows with close palms-to-midline grip.
    cable rows with shoulders abducted to 90 (elbows at shoulder height but traps relaxed)
    heavy dumbbell shrugs
    heavy barbell shrugs
    powercleans
    upright rows
    deadlifts
    roman deadlifts

    There are a wide variety of pull-ups and chin-ups that work the back muscles. Also, if you have free weights or bands, look up the correct movements for “seated back flies,” “heavy pants,” and “lawnmowers.” For the lower back, look up the positions of “banana” and “superman.”
