		<description>Your doctor will determine your level of disability but even if you are given a rating it doesn&#039;t mean you will get any government assistance. My husband has 3 herniated disks and arthritis in his back but his rating is only 18% so he isn&#039;t eligible.</description>

		<description>it depends. i will tell you they will deny most all cases the first time you need to filed for an appeal. they figure you will give up after being denied the first time, good luck and best wishes.</description>

		<description>The first thing you need to do is find out if they can fix your back or not.  Second go see a pain management doc and get your pain under control.  Back pain in itself is not cause for disability.  You have to have restricted movement that is documented by your doctor.  See a pain management doc as well as a good orthopedic doc to find out what treatment options are there.  Once you do that if you still think you are disabled get your doc to help with the paper work as you need a doc to state that you are disabled.</description>
