What Can Cause Severe Back Pain Only At Night?

At night I usually wake up due to an intense burning in the middle of my back that involves my muscles in my back as well. I wake up a few times at night and I have to turn over to stop the pain but it hurts so bad that I can hardly move. The pain is only on the right side. I have a bed that’s only 5 years old and the pain started about two weeks ago.

    I have the exact problem but it is because i sleep on the bone. i put all my weight on it so when i wake up it burns. i recommend that you try to sleep a different way and if that doesnt help try to get a massage to get the muscles loss hope it helps
