Ok before I start I will let you know that I am a certified fitness professional and nutrition counselor. This idea of training a specific area to burn fat there is called spot training and it is a common mistake. You cannot burn fat unless you burn more calories than you take in. This is the law of thermodynamics. I know everyone sees all of the ab machines on tv and thinks that is how you burn fat in your stomach but it isn’t. Your body actually burns fat best when you are sleeping. It does this when you burned more calories than you ate that day to make up for the deficit. So don’t try to soley focus on that area and concentrate on burning more calories by doing total body exercises. examples are squat curls, lunges, squat thrusts and squat jumps. Search for these exercises online to see how to do them. They will get you breathing heavy and burn calories. I am sure you are not overweight, but that chub is fat and your body will get rid of it if you take my advice.

Like the girl above me said, swimming is an excellent way to get rid of that! Any form of cardio should help though. And reverse crunchies also will do wonders! Since you’re petite, it should come off easily!

A great body is made with a fork and knife. Watch your eating and do your cardio. Lots.
