    dorsal raise and sit ups or crunches and also sqats will work you bottom try it all this weights aswell when you get used to the workout its self

    stomach muscles are what holds up your spine. This is why old people seem to get smaller!!! as they dont use the muscles in their stomach they back hunches (my brother has no stomach muscles either so hes always hunched over)
    Also- try walking around while balancing a book on your head- this builds up good posture which + the stomach muscles, would give you that curve.
    Shoulders back anyone? lol

    I f you can get a hold of a barbell do some back excercises like the bent over row. Just google it. Do some fitness classes to get the curves in the right areas.

    if someone likes you they will like you for who you are….not how you look….if its for self-satisfaction then go for it! dunno how though.
