    for your lower back, deadlifts.
    for your upper back, rows, bent over rows, and 1 handed seated rows.
    for your lats, lat pull downs, latteral raises.
    and, because your legs are the biggest part of your body, doing squats, and leg presses will increase your testosterone, and increase the muscle gained after your workouts.
