What Exercises Tone The Back Of Your Legs?
I’ve been trying to tone the back of my legs (my hamstrings, I guess?) and I’ve run out of ideas on exercises to do so. Any advice? Thanks!

Hamstring curls (laying face down on the leg extension machine), running of course, leg presses are good – but the best I’ve found is running in the pool (3ft) and focusing on the back of your legs for movement (which the water forces you to do).
Good luck with it – the back of the legs is one of the hardest places to tone.
