Tylenol is the only pain reliever that is safe for pregnant women.
Get a massage by a licensed masseuse. I had one when I was pregnant and it did wonders!

When you are at home or can take a break, sit on an exercise ball. It takes the pressure off and relieves the pain. You should also try to walk and stretch at least once an hour, even if it's only for a few minutes. Putting your feet up can also help, even setting them on a foot stool under your desk.

Do pelvic tilts. Get on all fours (at home obviously..unless you want to do it at work..lol) and arch your back like a cat. Also, you can rotate your hips around in a circle and back and forth. Also, I've heard that just staying still on all fours helps as well as the balance ball. Good luck!!

I am 31 weeks, too! Exact same problem, but I'm at home. The only thing that will really help is birth. But, those back braces are supposed to help as well as a heating pad. Might thinking of starting half-days, too. Talk to your employer. They should be understanding.

I had terrible back pain when I was preggers. My doctor jokingly said that the only thing that could be done was to duct tape my ankles together and hang me by my feet from a hook in the ceiling (he was a really nice guy, but big into saying that having a baby is just plain hard work...)
My pg work friends and I all had different ways to beat the sore back. If it's an option to try a couple of different chairs at your office maybe there will be one that is more comfortable, if you are stuck with same chair, bring a pillow in from home to sit on. I was lucky and could sit on an arm chair and work on my laptop - I propped my feet up with my knees bent and that helped. Maybe you could get a file box to prop your feet on?
I also took tylenol from time to time, it didn't work great - but it helped a little. Maybe take more breaks to stretch - even if it's just for a couple of minutes.
Good Luck - it's all worth it in the end.

make your husband/bf/whomever give you a back massage. That is heaven! :)Try moving every 30 minutes instead of every 90. If you are only 7 months pregnant, it is very unlikely the baby has dropped, but is just getting bigger and therefore, more uncomfortable.
