Honey, you just be honest, and take care of your body. Worry about the bills later.
Keep in mind, they don’t have an obligation to pay you a dime until after the judgement in court. Also, they will never pay out more than the policy limit.

I would say make sure you tell that doctor everything you tell your own doctor in regards to the injury and I would also go see my own doctor as well. You do have the right to more than one opinion and I do believe in cases of insurance covered injury like that, you should be seeing a medical examiner that is non-biased and will give you an opinion based on your injury, not the status of a claim.

If the other insurance company requests additional information and they pay for it, you may have to go through it. Especially if there is a claim to be paid. Hope this helps.

If you don’t go they won’t pay out. Go, and if you aren’t satisfied w/ the results/ settlement, get your own Doctor’s Affidavit diagnosis to them. If still not satisfied get an a lawyer to handle the insurance co. If still not happy, the matter can be taken to court.
Just be sure you’re being honest with the Dr. visit, fraud of any sort would be a potential nightmare. Good luck…

They are trying to protect you, me and everybody else who pays insurance premiums.
This is sad….but you, I and everybody else pay billions and billions of dollars a year in extra insurance premiums to people just like you who claim they are hurt in an accident and aren’t.
They are ripping off the system and unfortunately legitimate victims like you get the run around from insurers because of the bad guys who rip the system off.
It is a major hassle to deal with extra exams and the lengthy delay in processing, but you have to realize the insurer needs to adequately investigate every claim so they don’t pay more than they have to….which keeps you and me from paying extra premiums that we don’t need to.
