What Stretches/exercises Should I Do To Be Able To Do A Back Bend?
I’m in a show, and I need to be able to do a back bend from standing up. What exercises or stretches do I need to do to accomplish this, and about how long will it take?

Well start of to make sure you have your back flexible enough by lying do and doing a bridge up. hold it for ten to fifteen seconds then pick up one hand so you only have you feet and hand holding you then alternate with the other hand and feet. This builds your strength. then stand up and plant you feet good. Whenyou lean back make sure you keep you eyes lookin at your hands the whole time!! slowly lean back looking at your hands and you will eventualy touch the ground. It is easier then you think!!
