What Type Of Exercises Can I Do To Get My Back In Shape To Wear To Low Cut Prom Dress?
I want to know what exercises I can do to get my back in shape and lose the love handles so that I can wear a low cut(in the back) prom dress.It shows a lot of my back!

Ride a bike – in less than a month, I had lost about 2 in. on both sides of my love handles!!
Oh, it also tones your legs!
I rode it for 10 to 15 minutes in the morning and 10 to 15 min at night everyday!

Pilates would be a good exercise. I have been doing them for about a year now and I love the results. Hope this helps!
