u r tummy let ur brain know that ur hungry stress kicks in then in hits u r weaks part of the body(carry snack with u like almond pumpkins seed peanut organic if possible)
you’re running out of oxygen, so much so that it’s thinning your blood [hemoglobin's about to run out of oxygen soon]. Clue that you need to eat, otherwise it’ll be fatal.
