I don’t live in cold and dry weather by the way… and again it’s not headache.. it feels like I hit my head on the wall..

Your neck muscles are tight sending the pains along the various muscles to feel that. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head so anything in the back part is directly related to them. Here’s how to free up those muscles to get rid of those pains:
    Neck:
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on he back of the muscle, behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck extended (lowered) for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

It might be just a cluster headache, or you might be having migraines. If there aren’t any other symptoms along with the headaches and you want to avoid going to the doctor, pick up some advil or tylenol at the local drugstore and see if that helps. Sometimes the weather outside, especially if it’s very cold and the air is dry, you might just get headaches here and there.
